Harpreet Singh (aka HP) moved to Canada from India in 2017 as a student.  Upon finishing his studies, he started working in the food industry while awaiting his permanent residency.  With over five years of restaurant experience and an engineering degree under his belt,  he focused his interest on working in the kitchen. 

Looking to start a business of his own, he then met Mike and the two discussed the idea of a partnership.  "Without any hesitation, I said yes.  Mike is a great person, awesome mentor & more importantly, like family to me." said Harpreet.   "He has shown me everything about burgers and other stuff on his menu.  He invited me to his home for a burger and after my first bite, I knew we would have a great time in this business.  I am a proud partner of Flippin' Mike's."
